SHIPPING AND RETURNS
1. Omniva parcel machine - FREE
The Goods will be delivered to the parcel machine of your choice within 2-5 business days after receiving the confirmation of the order. You will be informed about the arrival of the Goods in the parcel machine by SMS, the SMS will contain the door code, the location of the parcel machine, the return code and the expiry date of the storage. The parcel machines are open for 24 hours and usually are located near the main doors of various shopping centers.
2. Courier - 3.50 EUR
The Goods will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days after the order confirmation. The courier will contact you by phone to agree on the best time and place for delivery.
* Free return shipping for orders delivered by courier are not provided - you must deliver the Goods to our office with your delivery method; by paying for Omniva's shipment or delivering the Goods to our office.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia 20.05.2014. Rules No.255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts” states that the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods purchased at the Internet shop to the seller. Returns of the Goods delivered by Omniva parcel machine are free of charge.

METHODS OF RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
1. Using the Omniva parcel machine
Fill the Return form and add the Goods you want to return. Pack the Goods so that it cannot be opened without damaging the packaging. Remove the old address card. To send the shipment, enter the return code (which is sent with the shipment delivery message) on the parcel machine display. The parcel machine will issue the necessary address card and will open the door of the parcel machine. The shipment will reach the Internet Shop within three business days.
2. Delivering the Goods to our office in Riga, Brivibas Gatve 399-45
Fill the Return form and add the Goods you want to return. Deliver the shipment to our office in Riga, Brivibas Gatve 399-45. When this is done, the Goods will be replaced or returned.
The Goods can only be exchanged for another size of the same Goods. In case of a exchange, we will send you the new Goods immediately after receiving the Goods to be exchanged.
In the case of a refund, the money is refunded to the same bank account from which the payment was made within 14 days of timely receipt of the Goods at the Xjeans e-shop.
* If you opt out of the purchase, you will be refunded the full amount of the purchased Goods, but the shipping and return costs will not be refunded - they will be borne by the Buyer.
* Replaceable or returnable Goods shall not be damaged or carry signs of wear, must be in their original packaging, and must have all original labels. It is not possible to return or replace underwear, socks.
* Always open the packaging of the Goods carefully without damaging it. If the package cannot be opened without damaging it, the returned Goods may not be in the original packaging.
